The Riyadh Air Crew Connect project involved designing the Roster App, a comprehensive tool that empowers crew members to efficiently manage their schedules and access essential operational details. As the UX/UI Design Lead, I was responsible for crafting intuitive user experiences and visually consistent designs that aligned with Riyadh Air’s Consumer App. The app allows crew members to view their flight schedules, ground training, and simulator sessions, while offering seamless communication through Microsoft Teams group chats. It also provides crucial information, including station details, aircraft specifics, passenger load data, per diem allowances, night stop details, and license qualifications. By leveraging Riyadh Air’s design system and incorporating user feedback, I designed workflows and interfaces that addressed crew needs, improved usability, and streamlined operations, resulting in a visually cohesive and highly functional application.
